BDS is soooo 2006

This kind of talk is getting more and more common. This is the logical extension to the "if they don't agree with our policy they're evil" line of argument the Democrats have been using since they claimed Reagan was going to repeal Social Security in 1982.

It's not news that Pete Stark is an imbecile. Unfortunately, he has plenty of company. As unpopular as Bush is, with the Left because of the War and with the Right because spending, immigration and poor personnel choices, it's possible to overplay this hand. It's possible that this has already happened.

George W. Bush is not running for office again. Whatever his faults as President, sensible people realize that he is not a bloodthirsty monster. Even most people that disagree with him would agree that he's doing what he thinks is best, even if he is wrong.
